Our founder Shri Suresh Mittal is an individual who by his very nature has always been one who carries compassion and empathy in his heart for the underprivileged. It is because of this innate quality that he has been supporting causes and people in need throughout his working life. He is a pharmacist by education, an entrepreneur/businessman by profession and a philanthropist by heart. He is the former director of a bank and has also headed several trade associations at the State and National levels.

He founded Shanti Devi Mittal Foundation with this vision as the Settlor for this trust.He opines that Education and Vocational Training is the cornerstone for bringing about a lasting change in the lives of underprivileged youth as beneficiaries become Independent / Atmanirbhar.

A management graduate (MBA) specialising in Human resources having a professional experience of more than a decade. She heads the HR division of the company. She is playing a key role in the strategic growth of management as well as of the organization. She has assisted numerous companies in labour law compliances, HR manuals, HR processes, senior recruitments etc. Apart from the routine services, she is also looking after team skills development etc. Rajni has successfully balanced his broad HR expertise with personal service. She serves his clients not only as a trusted advisor, but also as a valuable friend focussing on the client's best interest
